Alix Davis is a glass and ceramic artist based out of Queens, N.Y. The need to make beautifully crafted pieces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but are also functional is a joy and a challenge to create. Inspired by local architecture and decorative motifs, she feels her work are little snapshots of the city she calls home.
